The hotel had clean rooms, spacious and beautifully designed. Transportation was convenient, close to the airport and the hotel provided useful information for taxis and the nearby metro station. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the availability of fresh fruit juice. The staff was helpful, especially Uhmed at the front desk who spoke good English and assisted us with various tasks.

I was kinda surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just under a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I especially appreciated the option of having fresh fruit juice. The internet connection was fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend the Grand Palace Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel also offers convenient access to local transport for exploring historical sites. The local shop owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed.
